    "Mark has now done 5 rooms in our property, starting with 4 rooms last summer involving repairing / sanding existing floorboards and coating with lacquer. He did this over a period of several weeks to fit round our schedule of plastering and decorating and was very flexible. More recently (16/02/2026) he has laid & lacquered a reclaimed oak flooring to our loft bedroom. At all times he arrives promptly, works full days and i polite and accommodating. Quality of the work is fantastic and we are extremely happy with the results. Thanks!"
