"Boiler service plus fix a leaking shower: Seriously, if you want a plumber or heating engineer that you can have confidence in, you've found him. Sam has done a lot of work for us and is skilled, reliable and friendly. His prices are reasonable and his work is professional. No mess, no fuss. He does the job, and tells you what he's done and why it needed doing. There are no 'unexpected problems'. He is also a mine of information and advice on any aspect of the job."

Christie - Image 1 "I had four jobs to be done in my bathroom. The trader confirmed he would issue an invoice with 1 year warranty. That made me choose him for the job. He sent someone to do the work, which was OK as far as I could see. Payment was done in full immediately at completion, even thought I asked for the invoice to be issued. The next day I noticed no hot water pressure, and the water is not heating as it was before in the shower. I have been unable to contact the trader and I am left without water pressure, less heated water and NO INVOICE and NO WARRANTY."
