"I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Worksmart, for taking on board and completing our roof upgrade so quickly, and at such short notice. We were particularly grateful for the care and attention to detail that you have shown at all times, and especially for keeping us updated, letting us know in advance when you will be on site, and explaining the work as it progressed. If a problem arose you were quick to find a solution, as well as sourcing materials or collecting them from afar! We have been very impressed with the team, and the speed at which the tiles were removed, batons replaced, and the tiles put back, but especially the way, at the end of each day, the site was left clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Worksmart to others, and we would be more than willing to show other clients your work here."

"Some serious overnight wind managed to lift my heavy metal gazebo from our garden and onto the neighbours bungalow roof!.quite the shock!,... This caused damaged to a few roof tiles which Carl and his team came out to inspect and where they replaced the damaged tiles completely free of charge! Despite my best efforts Carl was adamant that no payment was needed, something very much appreciated. I have since spoken with my neighbour who is really pleased with the work Carl and his team completed. Cheers Carl."

"Carl responded quickly to my phone call, visited the house, and gave a fair estimate for repairs. Unfortunately, when he began the job a few days later he discovered that a much larger area than anticipated was affected by failing felt, and he recommended full re-roofing instead: he offered to make arrangements to bring in a large team to undertake this work within a very short timeframe. Because that wasn’t going to be practicable for me, he kindly came back the next day to carry out a temporary repair, free of charge, to tide me over."
