"I’ve used Dan for a few years for my boiler servicing. This time he pointed out a potential future issue, took the time to determine whether the boiler was still under warranty and has provided me with the contact info & photos in order to pursue this further. Really helpful."

"OMG how good was Dan! My gas boiler stopped working on the weekend, just before the coldest spell of the winter so far. After contacting Wise Plumbing via their email address, Dan arranged to visit on the Monday morning and arrived very promptly at the agreed time. He had an idea of what would be the problem might be but after just a few minutes, he had revised that view and correctly identified that a broken fan was the issue. He placed an order for the new fan and left me with some electric heaters to keep the place warm (very thoughtful). He returned the next day with the part but, due to the manufacturer not including the necessary gasket, had to return on Wednesday to complete the installation. He did an excellent job and cleaned everything up as if he had never been there. Thanks Dan."
