"Matt fixed our front door that had been badly installed by a well known double glazing company less than 2 years ago. When I first contacted Matt he attended within a few days, quickly established the main issue as overwound hinge adjustments and gave a fair quote for the work. His communication was excellent and he booked a date a few weeks later to carry out the work. Matt attended today as arranged and has done a first class job. He is very knowledgeable, likeable and passionate. I would recommend him to anyone."

"I was recommended Matthew Long of Windowfix by Graeme of Refurb-a-sash To repair three of our crank-handle kitchen windows. Prior to this I had been unable to find a workman to do this kind of specialised work. I booked a date for the quote (which was free). Matthew was courteous and knowledgeable about the problem affecting the three winows and gave a written quote at the end of that consultation which we accepted. The work was carried out four weeks later and was done efficiently, replacing the working mechanisms andhandles. The site left tidy. We are delighted with the end result of three perfectly working windows!"
