"I have had Willowserve doing work for us for over 12 years and have always been very happy with their work. They put in our oil-fired central heating (not an easy job in an old cottage) and have maintained it ever since, including fitting a new boiler & tank a couple of years ago. They also put a new bathroom and shower in for us. I’ve always been very impressed by their service and helpfulness."

"Willowserve are renovating our 1960s home entirely, including new heating system, replacing Artex ceilings, plastering, new lighting and electrical sockets, installing electric fire, painting throughout, replumbing bathrooms, installing water softener, removing inbuilt-wardrobes and creating bespoke shelving and a wardrobe. It is a complex and phased renovation and we have been very lucky indeed to have found Willowserve. They have superb craftsmen, use excellent materials, do the work properly and with great attention to detail, and best of all can integrate the various elements of their workforce into a closely managed process which allows the work to proceed smoothly and to schedule. They are very much a customer-first company and have been very responsive to changes and additions we have made. Reflecting the high quality of the work their pricing is fair and reasonable. We are delighted to have chosen Willowserve and we can whole-heartedly and enthusiastically recommend them."

"Willowserve have carried out multiple tasks in our bungalow ranging from a bolier replacement, manhole cover replacement to tap changes. They have always been punctual, very friendly and thoroughly reliable. All proposed work is detailed very clearly and carried out to the highest standards. My wife has serious respiratory issues, and in winter they have always prioritised us if we have heating issues (they come round the same day, often within an hour). I can thoroughly recommend Willowserve."
