Established in 2009 and built on over 30 years' hands-on experience in the electrical trade. We design, install, commission, service and maintain fire alarm systems across Kilburn, West Hampstead, Queen's Park and Brondesbury — for landlords, managing agents, freeholders and business owners. BAFE registered and NICEIC Approved, with certification issued to scheme requirements.

Design and installation

Fire alarm systems to BS 5839-1 for commercial, communal and mixed-use buildings
Systems to BS 5839-6 for HMOs, converted flats and residential premises
Correct category specified for the building and its use — L1 to L5, P1 and P2, or Grades A to F and LD1 to LD3, not a guess
Conventional, addressable and wireless systems where cabling is impractical
Interfacing with door releases, AOVs, lifts, plant and existing panels
Emergency lighting to BS 5266 designed and installed alongside

Taking on an existing system

Survey and appraisal of what's installed, what it actually covers and where it falls short
Systems inherited without drawings, certificates or a logbook brought back into order
