"Both electricians and their apprentice were extremely friendly and professional, taking the time to make sure I understood the electrical report and work they were undertaking. I felt confident in their knowledge and I'm very happy with the work completed. They were respectful of COVID-19 guidelines, keeping distance where possible and wearing masks on occasions where we had face to face conversations. Prior to the work taking place, staff were friendly and helpful on the phone with booking dates and giving advice on how to carry out the work."
