    "We have had excellent service from this business. Paul came round promptly when we learned of a burglary nearby. He reviewed our total security situation and made sensible recommendations. We commissioned him to do the work. He kept in good communication with us, turned up as expected and fitted new locks efficiently. When he realized one lock for technical reasons might not meet insurance standards, he returned the next day with a new lock, at his own expense. Exemplary customer service. We will use him for further security work."

    "Paul attended my flat for an emergency this evening, an internal door handle was jammed and I was cut off from my kitchen and bathroom. Paul was able to open the door without any damage and fitted a new part which he luckily had in the van. He charged me an extremely reasonable price and knew exactly what he was doing. I want to stress the price because most emergency locksmiths charge a huge amount, but Paul was honest about his price when I called and that did not change once he arrived. I would 100% use this company again and recommend Paul and the team."
