At West Renovate Building Services Ltd we are a friendly, professional, trustworthy, family-run building firm with a growing client base across Beds and Herts.
Since the company was established in 2011, we have successfully completed a number of large-scale property refurbishments for clients. These include splitting a four-bedroom house into two self-contained flats in line with fire safety and soundproofing regulations, and full open-planning of a house by removing multiple load-bearing walls and installing structural steelwork.
In between larger projects we have undertaken a wide range of smaller domestic building jobs such as kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general home improvements.
The company is led by Malcolm West, who has gained a wealth of experience in building since 2004. He has specialised in carpentry since 2009. Malcolm is proud of his ability to problem solve, helping clients to achieve their desired look in a practical, carefully considered way.
Our customers appreciate his ability to deliver high quality, well thought out work - doing what is needed to finish the job to an exceptional standard, without adding un-needed extras.

Matthew - Image 1 "Malc and the boys were absolutely superb. The initial quote provided was very detailed with a thorough breakdown of costs (and the project ran to budget!). Throughout the build, they were incredibly reliable (always turned up when they said they would and worked incredibly hard). They quality of the work is second to none -- Malc is incredibly good at what he does and is a real perfectionist. I cannot recommend Malc highly enough -- hands down the best builder I've come across."
