    "I had the pleasure of meeting Richie today, a lovely young man. He arrived on time, took the time to explain what he was going to be doing. He was on his own as his co worker was away to do another job. I had chosen a colour for my sills, but after a discussion with Ritchie we decided on a colour that he thought would look better, and he was right! As there were a few repairs to be done Richie was worried that it wouldn't be dry in time, and they said they would come the next day to finish it. Fortunately it was all good and they got the job done, and I can't thank them enough! Both a credit to your company!"
