"Second roof task completed by Will his co-worker James. A prompt reply to query followed by a site visit and clear outline of work proposed. Scaffolding ordered and in place and work completed by Will & James. Having spare tiles as roof is approx. 100 years old - blended in well and looks great! Will has the unique ability to explain clearly what is involved and just gets on with the work. They qualify for the three 'P's prompt, polite and professional. Thank you for coming to our rescue! P. "Will and J were fantastic! Highly professional and single-minded in getting the job done to time and quality. They took real care to re-use original materials (roof tiles etc) and only replaced materials that were not fit for purpose. Great communication and full explanation of work required and then completed.
