"We had a leak in our flat roof and contacted the trader who agreed to replace the existing roof with a new felt roof. Once the old roof had been lifted, the trader identified that more repairs were needed than originally thought. The trader discussed the work required and we agreed to an increase in the fee quoted. The trader carried out the work on time and for the revised fee. However, when it rained after the work had been completed, we had water ingress in three places. We contacted the trader who came back twice and spent time trying to resolve the problem, however, he was unable to identify the cause of the problem."

Gill and Richard - Image 1 "After receiving several quotes to remove an old wire fence and install a wooden one, we decided to use William's company. On his first visit he went into great detail of what the work entailed, including the removal of not just the fence but heaps of concrete and iron posts. On measuring up he was mindful of our established plants (and our neighbours) and that was carried on throughout the whole process. He also explained how he would tackle the very end of our garden, which we knew would be a problem. We are delighted with our new fence. William and his team worked extremely hard in very hot conditions, kept us updated on the progress, tidied up at the end of each day and we're polite and considerate at all times. We would certainly recommend this company."

"William and his team, were polite and respectful. They efficiently completed the task within the time period that had been set. They cleaned the area at the end of every day and then did a final clear up on the last day. The supporting services of skip and scaffolding were also removed promptly by the respective companies. William's communication concerning the work involved was accessible. His response to any questions very prompt."
