    "Called Wave out as a first time customer - office staff were friendly and excellent. Engineer arrived at the appointed time. We paid £95 basically for a visual inspection, advice and a repressurising the leaking boiler (which I have done myself many times). However, the engineer was honest and his advice was good, although he diagnosed the problem incorrectly (which didn't matter). Boilers are expensive but necessary, so I don't rue the fact that we paid nearly £100 basically for advice. Wave were really good overall, and I would certainly consider using them again, but perhaps I would shop around for other quotes too."

    "The whole process was efficient and the work done met expectations. This was only a small job on this occasion but we were treated as a valued customer. The communication was excellent. Booking the appointment was easy and prompt. We were able to track the arrival of the very polite trades person who arrived on time as promised. The job was completed efficiently and was completed as per the quote. We are very happy."
