    "Having had professional experience in the plumbing trade before my retirement, I was extremely impressed by my experience with Wave Building Services from start to finish. A professional very experienced plumber was backed up by an extremely efficient and friendly back office procedure giving me peace of mind by keeping me informed of every stage of the process (even allowing me to track his arrival to the minute - important when you live alone in a rural area !) Mine was only a small job but I would not hesitate in recommending Wave Building Services to any householder ."

    "The Wave Services Team have been a huge asset in a professional renovation project and I'd not hesitate to use them again (and have for personal works as well). The team are super professional, very knowledgable, efficient, super friendly and it's first class plumbing delivered at a reasonable price.     "Called Wave out as a first time customer - office staff were friendly and excellent. Engineer arrived at the appointed time. We paid £95 basically for a visual inspection, advice and a repressurising the leaking boiler (which I have done myself many times). However, the engineer was honest and his advice was good, although he diagnosed the problem incorrectly (which didn't matter). Boilers are expensive but necessary, so I don't rue the fact that we paid nearly £100 basically for advice. Wave were really good overall, and I would certainly consider using them again, but perhaps I would shop around for other quotes too."
