"We had purchased a iron wall mounted bar online from China which arrived damaged. I reached out to Richard who was happy to come and visit to review the damaged item and see how he could help fix it. Richard was really professional and helpful, he offered great advice and options to help us fix the bar. I can highly recommend Richard and will certainly reach out to him again."
