About Walton Development & Construction Ltd, Plymouth

Walton Development & Construction Ltd are a Construction Company based in Plymouth, Devon. We specialise in commercial and industrial building construction and maintenance. We have an in-house mechanical and electrical team to complement our construction trades.

Our Electrical Division has been a long-standing aspect of the business for over 25 years and is responsible for several projects across Devon and Cornwall, we offer a complete service in all aspects of electrical installation. From small works for elderly clients to a large block of luxury flats at Latitude 52 in Devonport, we have always had quality at the top of our list of priorities.

We are also well established in the commercial and industrial sectors, with vast experience of installing complex electrical systems in the manufacturing, retail and agricultural sectors. We work closely with Kernow Design Services to fulfil the full Design + Install package. We have a long history of completing these projects on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard, being recognised for this quality in our Project at The Moorland Nursing Home with a Silver Award for ‘best commercial development with accommodation’ from the Building Excellence Awards 2024.

Our Electrical Division is celebrating 25 years as a NICEIC Approved Contractor and have current SSIP Accreditation. We employ Fully Qualified Electricians with extensive experience of domestic, commercial and industrial experience, as well as drawing on the experience of our quality checked subcontractor base.
