    "Professional throughout to undertake renewal of damp proof course. Inspection and survey report arrived promptly via email with succinct summary of work required. The cost was competitive with other companies. All company representatives arrived on time, which is what a customer wants. The work was undertaken on the date offered to a high standard. The company staff were very professional and friendly, there was minimal mess and all rubbish removed. Throughout the communication was very good, staff helpful and friendly would highly recommend."

    "Wes arrived on time to assess the areas flagged by a surveyor report. He was polite, professional and thorough. He explained the process clearly and quicky arranged a suitable date. The job was done neatly and quickly to a high standard. Highly recommended."

    "I had work done by them, after payment I noticed some issues with the plasterboard they installed. They installed the boards poorly, didn't leave the recommend gap under the boards and didn't attach them tightly enough. I have been trying to get in contact with them to get this issue rectified or get some compensation as I paid over £4k for various bits of work from them. However, they have continuously ignored my calls. Overall I would not recommend this company due to their poor quality of work."
