We can work directly with housing associations, family relatives, executives of the estate for probate, a legal power of attorney, or an appointed Solicitor. Integrity and a professional approach is our priority.
Both domestic and commercial waste can be collected.
Vantastic is licensed by the Environment Agency (EA) under number CBDU586487. You can be rest assured that your waste will be disposed of legally.
A ‘waste transfer note’ is provided on completion of any clearance, which follows EA Regulation.

Was asked if they could come the next day to look at items to be removed. I said yes. They arrived early, we agreed on price and the items were removed there and then. Excellent service, would definitely recommend and will definitely use again"

"Dan did a great job from the first exchange with him. We provided photos of the work needed and immediately gave us a price and never changed. We agreed a pick up and turns up on time and help with loading everything. Very professional and curtious. He also provided the paperwork needed. Job well done."

"Great job completed by Lee and his team. He cleared my family home and was careful to watch out for valuable and personal items that we missed when sorting the house. We used the end of tenancy cleaning service they offer and they also did a thorough clean. Highly recommend Lee. Friendly and professional."
