"Dan and the team were absolutely amazing. From the get go Dan was really quick in replying and giving all the information needed such as costs, and answering questions that I had (I asked if they were able to dismantle and put together an ottoman bed). On the day of the move the guys were a little bit late but not to fault on their own and they communicated the delay efficiently and kept me in the loop about timings. Once the move started the guys were really efficient and quick, careful with the furniture and not to leave any marks on the wall. The move, including dismantling and putting the bed together, move 25ish boxes and a chest of drawers - from a ground floor house to a 2nd floor flat, took about 2 hours. Absolutely lovely experience, would definitely recommend!"
