"Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I can’t recommend The Utility Guru highly enough. From the first phone call to the final inspection, the whole experience was professional, efficient, and completely stress-free. I had some drainage work done at my property, and the team went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly and to a very high standard. They were punctual, polite, and clearly experts in their field. Every stage of the work was explained clearly, and they left the site spotless afterwards — you’d hardly know they’d been here if it weren’t for the perfectly working drains! It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about doing the job right, but The Utility Guru absolutely delivered. Reliable, honest, and great value for money — I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing drainage or utility work. A 10/10 experience all round."

"I originally contacted the Utility Guru for a CCTV survey of my drains. Sean responded to my enquiry within 24 hours to set up an appointment. On the day of the survey he walked me through the CCTV recording taking the time to explain where the displacement was occurring and recommended repairs. I was happy with the work carried out and asked Sean to complete the necessary repair work, to which he provided a reasonable quote. All repair work was completed the by the end August. This was a relief as I had contacted other traders for CCTV surveys before (and received no response) and really appreciated Sean's prompt response to resolve this. Thanks again!"
