    "The team did a phenomenal job of replacing our main bathroom. They listened to what we wanted, helped make recommendations when we asked for advice and pulled it all together in a design visual for us to make sure we were happy. They let us know when they would start and finish the job and stuck to those timescales and communicated well with us while doing the work like letting us know what time they would be here each day etc. We both work at home full time and they let us know things like when they would need to turn the water off so we could make sure we had a full kettle and didn’t have to deal with our meetings without coffee which was very much appreciated! They took care of our house and were really tidy, took care to protect our carpets and cleared up after themselves each day. We absolutely love our new bathroom. It’s exactly what we wanted and done to a high standard. Would highly recommend the team at unique kitchens and bathrooms"

    "Kitchen re-fit Our kitchen is a small space. Trying to fit in everything was a challenge. Steve, from Unique Kitchens and Bathrooms, was respectful, easy to deal with, and imaginative. He explained things clearly and was well-informed about currently available products. He listened to what we wanted and produced great illustrations of the options. He planned out the work and gave us a clear programme so we knew what would happen and when. Throughout the project we were kept informed, and consulted whenever necessary. The end result is fantastic. It’s better than we’d thought it would be. UKB have produced excellent results, and great value for money. I expect you could get a cheaper kitchen, but I don’t think you’d get better value for money, nor a better company to work with you on your design, delivering what was agreed, within the quote, and on time. We have no hesitation in recommending UKB to anyone planning a new kitchen. You won’t be disappointed."

    "Professional service from start to finish Initially Steve came out to us and helped us to design our kitchen, we were then shown 3d images and a walk through video. Rob took the kitchen back to brick, this was achieved with minimum of mess. The plasterers boarded and plastered kitchen to high standard. The kitchen fitters Phil & Ethan who fitted our kitchen worked to a high standard, at the end of everyday the area was cleaned and left tidy, both very professional, approachable and courteous, any problems that arose they discussed them with us and kept us informed at all times, The electrical work was completed by Ryan and the floor was levelled and fitted by Adrian. Both these guys had a professional attitude and were very polite. We would like to thank everybody involved in creating our new kitchen to a very high standard at a competitive price. Steve and Rob ( unique kitchens) were fantastic from start to finish, a company they should be proud of."

    "We are highly delighted with our recent kitchen re-fit by Unique. With professionalism and support from quotation to completion. Any problems were dealt with effectively and efficiently . Steve’s planning and communication was first class throughout. Credit also to the workmanship of Phil and his apprentice. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. Neil & Judith."
