When you make contact with us, if we have capacity to do the works you require, we do a free site visit to the property and provide you with a free no obligation quotation.
Payment schedule
If you decide to go ahead with the quote we set up a payment plan with you to spread out the cost of the project against the time it will take to complete.
Project management
Throughout the project Donald and Krystal will be on hand managing the team and answering any queries you may have right up to the completion and sign of works.

Josephine - Image 1 "Donald and his team did extensive renovations to our house, including a bathroom and kitchen rip out, removing several walls to change the layout, adding a structural beam, full bathroom and kitchen install, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating. All works were done to a high standard finish and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Donald and the entire team truly care about their work and it shows. Everyone was always on time, respectful and communication was fantastic. Donald takes great care of introducing all team members so you always know who’s doing what in the house, which we really appreciated. Krystal runs the office efficiently and all scope changes we wanted were tracked and sent to us for sign off before proceeding. We would recommend Donald and team without any reservations and plan on using them again in the near future."

"Krystal and Donald were a fantastic team in carrying out our flat renovations. The renovations were extensive with a new kitchen, new bathroom, plastering, plumbing, electrics and painting. Donald was always quick with communication and incredibly helpful when I had questions about the works. His advice on certain aspects of the renovations, as well as the help from the expert trades people made the renovations smooth and completed on time. A really fantastic team of people that Donald and Krystal have across carpentry, painting, plumbing, tiling, plastering. We are incredibly happy with how the renovations turned out, and I would always look to Donald and Krystal again for major or minor renovations."
