"Couldn't have asked for better service. From the first phone call to get advice and a quotation to the uncovering of the leak, the experience was fantastic. Upon calling UKLD I spoke to a very helpful lady who presented facts and not a sales pitch (as I experienced with a number of other companies). Having researched the competition I came back to UKLD and was able to secure a last minute appointment for 2 days later. Alan arrived on time at 8.30am and notified me 20min prior to arrival via a very professional "live" tracking app. Upon arrival Alan discussed my issue in detail with me and explained the process for the day. Finding the leak was very troublesome but Alan didn't give up and 5 hours later the gas detected the leak. After checking that there were no other leaks in the property, Alan produced a 40 page report with annotated photos and recommendations. Alan also provided consultative advice on a number of other questions that I had. Genuinely couldn't have asked for more :)"

"Got into a terrible situation when my downstairs became entirely flooded. UK leak detection was the friendliest and most willing to provide help and equipment, they offered great advice which managed to help me avoid a possible disaster to my floors & furniture."
