We offer a fully bespoke design service & would be more than happy to put you in touch with our inhouse architects & structural engineers, who can remodel your home to your exact requirements. Staying in close contact at all times & working together with the client to ensure that you are completely happy with the end result. All of the tradesmen we employ are fully qualified to make sure every aspect is completed to the highest standards. We project manage the entire job from start to finish and due to our many years in the trade have built up excellent contacts meaning we can source the highest quality products at the best possible prices, resulting in savings that we then pass on to our customers.
UCS works closely with many suppliers therefore able to pass on to you the trade discount.
We aim to complete all work as efficiently as possible and make sure all disruption and mess is kept to a minimum. We are happy to undertake the following as well.

"I"m so happy I chose Richard to do my damproofing work. From the first phone call, to the work being completed, to answering questions after, he's been polite, professional, kind and helpful. The work was completed within 2 weeks of the initial inspection and he helped me keep costs down by advising which bits I could do myself or could be looked at at a later date. "My kitchen needed complete renovation . Richard understood the brief from the start, made helpful suggestions and was absolutely clear and transparent with me at all times. I was very apprehensive about the potential upheaval and disruption as my husband is disabled and virtually housebound but Richard was always mindful of this. Rubbish was cleared daily, and the inevitable noise and dust was much less than expected. Richard's quality of work and attention to detail is second to none. We are delighted with our kitchen and plan to use Richard to paint the exterior of our house next year.
