We offer a fully bespoke design service & would be more than happy to put you in touch with our inhouse architects & structural engineers, who can remodel your home to your exact requirements. Staying in close contact at all times & working together with the client to ensure that you are completely happy with the end result. All of the tradesmen we employ are fully qualified to make sure every aspect is completed to the highest standards. We project manage the entire job from start to finish and due to our many years in the trade have built up excellent contacts meaning we can source the highest quality products at the best possible prices, resulting in savings that we then pass on to our customers.
UCS works closely with many suppliers therefore able to pass on to you the trade discount.
We aim to complete all work as efficiently as possible and make sure all disruption and mess is kept to a minimum. We are happy to undertake the following as well.

"Richard sourced and fitted a beautiful new external oak door which suited my home. He ensured the new locks fitted correctly and that the door was weather tight. He discussed all options for harware etc. to ensure he sourced items I would like. He is approachable and knowledgeable. Happy to discuss his choices and really good at explaining the nuances. "Richard was strongly recommended to me from friends who have used "trust a trader" with mixed reviews and opinions. Thankfully Richard was scoring a 10/10 so I asked Richard to quote me for a variety of works from plumbing, tiling and various painting modes. In my opinion Richard is a skilled tradesman who takes the time to take on any task with the proper attitude of competing the tasks in the correct manner. My old apprentice teacher always said, "there's only one way to do a job, and that's the proper way". I found this to to be Richard attitude too which is why I can confidently recommend Richard as a competent tradesman."
