Alex - Image 1 "Thomas single-handedly carried out a 'conventional to combi-boiler' conversion over two days. He was friendly, very professional, and had a great, positive attitude to solving problems. I was really impressed with his work, and I can highly recommend him. There was a lot of work involved over the two days, but Thomas was always positive and looking to solve any issues - which we really appreciated. He kindly answered any questions we had, and he clearly wants to do the best for his customers. They were long days too, starting around 8 and finishing around 5.30/6. As a result of his great work, our water pressure is MUCH better than it was before. Thomas also restored our faith in tradespeople and plumbers (as I had a very bad experience with a different plumber earlier this year). He left our house tidy each evening and took away all rubbish. My wife and I are very grateful to Thomas and we would gladly rehire him for future plumbing work. Thank you so much, Thomas!"

Trader reply: "Thanks for the review mate I appreciate it. Mate it was a pleasure to work for you and being you a trusted experience. Hopefully I have restored your faith in the tradeworld. Enjoy the new boiler and speak soon mate. Tom"

Thomas - Image 1 "Tommy and team arrived on time just after 8am (after a 50minute drive). He and his team removed our old standard boiler from under the stairs and replaced it with a new combi boiler fitted into the airing cupboard (on a very hot day). This involved fitting all new pipework to the airing cupboard, removing the cylinder, pumps, valves, shower pump and removing tank from attic etc. Tommy & team were extremely friendly, polite and helpful and Tommy even took his shoes off in the house (even though dust sheets were down). It was a two day job but they aimed to 'get on with it' and complete it in one day (which they did by 7pm) - this meant that we didn't have too long without hot/cold water and a shower. Tommy & team were very experienced and knowledgable. We are very pleased with the work thank you."

"They did a fantastic job. I changed my heating system from a water tank one to a combi and the whole thing was very smooth. Showed up on time, finished all in one day, very helpful and responsive to a few adjustments from my side, and left the place clean and tidy. Communication was great, I highly recommend them!"
