"Not a big job but Dan showed up as agreed and sorted out the issue asap. Also asked if anything else needed addressing while he was here, offer was appreciated. Lovely personable, polite guy, he's in my contact list should the need arise and I would have no hesitation recommending him to others in need of plumbing services"
