They will apply their broad range of skills and knowledge to find the best materials, flora and techniques to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied. Tree surgery is a specialist skill that needs to be undertaken by professionals. There are rules and regulations relating to tree surgery that are in place to protect the tree surgeon, the property and any bystanders

    "Grant and his team were helpful with the planning and quoting. Work was scheduled in and then Harry and his team were courteous and friendly. They worked hard and kept us updated with progress. The site was kept tidy and very pleased with the end result. Would recommend!"

    "I’m so happy with the work carried out on my back garden. The Tudor Rose team did a fantastic job, using high-quality materials and delivering great craftsmanship. They were hardworking, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Everything was cleaned up perfectly once the job was finished. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I would definitely recommend them to others. I’ll be getting them back to complete my front garden as well."

    "Sorry to give a slightly negative review especially as the 3 operatives worked very hard to complete our large Patio in only 3 days. Unfortunately, after only a couple of days we discovered one of the porcelain tiles was moving. I wasn't too worried about this as I know these things can happen and it should be an easy thing to put right. However, despite many promises that they were sending someone to sort it, nobody ever arrived. It's now been over 3 months since the patio was laid and that one tile still hasn't been fixed. I feel that if a simple job can't be fixed after a week it calls into question the value of any guarantee provided by Tudor Rose. The way it stands at the moment, I would not recommend Tudor Rose Landscapes Ltd."

    Trader reply: "We're pleased to hear that you recognised how hard our team worked to complete such a large porcelain patio in 3 days. We're sorry that one slab has become slightly loose and that we haven't yet returned. During the spring and summer months, landscaping is at its busiest. While we fully intend to return for any snagging work, there can unfortunately be longer waiting times than anyone would like. We do ask for patience during this period, and please know we work through these follow ups as quickly as our schedule allows. We'd also like to reassure customers; a slightly loose porcelain slab is not normally a safety risk or a sign that the patio is failing. It can have a little movement and doesn't cause further damage and is a straightforward fix. We always intend to honour our guarantee and put things right. We apologise that this has taken longer than expected and understand your frustration. Please contact our office or via private message so that we can arrange a convenient date to resolve. We genuinely value our customers, and we're committed to standing behind our work."
