Explained up front what was involved when being called out to asses a job. This included Covid safety measures. We agreed a time for the appointment. On the day he contacted me to let me know he was on his way, he was timely, tidy, reasonable priced and very professional. Most importantly Peter resolved the issues which others had given up on.
