    "Our bathroom had been completed over 20 years ago as part of an extension and a set of alterations. Unfortunately, this had resulted in a floor which was a complete mess with joists that were not level in any direction, a sudden slope towards one wall, damaged floorboards, rot and packing with cornflake packets. Also, the shower tray had been badly installed and had sagged along one side to match the uneven flooring resulting in leaks. The full extent of the problems was not visible until Trevor had taken up the whole floor. However, despite this, Trevor managed to overcome all the problems, level the floor, install a new shower tray and enclosure, tile behind the existing toilet and basin and install vinyl click flooring. It’s a massive improvement, solid and level where before you could feel the sudden slope along one side as you stepped onto it. Finished within the original money estimate if slightly over the estimated time because of the unexpectedly difficult circumstances."
