Consumer feedback

Generated from the text of this trader's consumer reviews

T&R Roofing consistently wins praise for quick response, clear communication and reliable workmanship. Customers describe Tony (often alongside colleagues such as Tom, Shane and Shain) arriving exactly when arranged, quoting promptly and carrying out fixes fast—whether it’s flashing around a soil pipe, leadwork and valley replacements, or repairs to stopped leaks flowing “down the walls” after rain. Reviews repeatedly highlight professionalism, fair pricing and tidiness, with jobs left clean and clutter-free and, in some cases, “before and after photos” shared to show the quality of the work.

What Customers Say

  • Punctual, responsive service: Customers valued how Tony “turned up to inspect… exactly the time he said he would” and then booked work in swiftly, including one job where he arrived and started “already at work on my roof” by 8am.
  • High-quality roof repairs and replacements: From replacing front and back valleys to renewing lead flashings and cement pointing, reviews mention work completed “to a very high standard” and stopping leaks so “no more leaks” were reported.
  • Clean, tidy finishes with good communication: Installations were left “very clean and tidy,” with scaffolding removed promptly and areas cleared, and quotations sent when promised—one customer even noted photos showing “the quality of new roof.”
  • Good value, competitively priced: Many remarks stress that pricing was “very reasonable,” “very fair,” and “competitively priced,” with jobs completed “on time and within estimate.”
  • 0 missed appointments in the past 6 months

"Needed a repair to flashing around soil pipe so went looking for a roofer on the internet, after trawling through loads of reviews decided to give T&R a call yesterday. I was impressed with how quickly Tony returned my call & said he would call around tthis morning at 8-30 to have a look what the problem was, he arrived on time with a very friendly professional attitude & quoted what I thought was a very reasonal price. The work was carried out to a high standard & I have booked him to come back at a later date to some other work that I require. With so many dodgy so called tradesmen out there it is always a bit of a gamble trying to find a genuine one so I think I had a result when I chose T&R Roofing."

"We had water coming down the celling and walls when it was raining, Tony come out for a free quote and told us the problem straight away. He couldn’t come back till a week later but while on the quote he cleaned the valley for free so hopefully the leaked wouldn’t get any worse. Tony replied fast to any questions I had and on the morning we arranged for him to come I had to go out but by the time I was back ( 8am ) he was already at work on my roof. Really happy with the job done, will contact him again for any more work need doing and would highly recommend. His prices are very fair too."
