James Knight - Image 1 "I recently hired Town & City Roofing Ltd to repair and re-felt the flat roof on my property, including the extension and ridge tiles, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From the first point of contact, the team were professional, polite, and incredibly accommodating. Communication was clear throughout, and they turned up exactly when they said they would – a rarity these days! The quality of the workmanship was genuinely top class. Every detail was handled with care and precision, and it was obvious from the outset that this is a company that takes pride in what they do. The finished job looks immaculate. In a sector that's unfortunately flooded with cowboy operators and unqualified tradespeople, Town & City Roofing Ltd are the real deal. "Outstanding - professional, prompt, polite, hardworking gentlemen. An initial clear description in layman's terms for me - James sat down and gave me the time to explain what was required; work and timescale. No pushing of any unnecessary extras. Prompt delivery of works - no waiting around to be called back - the entire process was clear, swift and efficient and all explained in an official company email. James and Town&City had been extremely highly recommended by a colleague and did not disappoint. My husband is a tradesman and was blown away at how polite, well presented, clean working and professional these guys were, the entire team. The finished work looks fantastic - we are so relieved that Town&City were recommended, that they were such great guys and that the work is done to such an excellent standard. The entire experience turned a stressful situation into a breeze."
