    "Karl had done some work for me about 5 years ago and I didn’t hesitate in contacting him again when I needed to replace a lintel, install some bi-fold doors, demolish an old outbuilding and replace some drainage and soil pipes on the outside of my house in preparation for some garden landscaping and rendering. The team were great - very friendly, great standard of work and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Total Refurbs!"

    Irene - Image 1 "Karl and his team worked very hard, they are a friendly bunch and leave everything clean and tidy. We are delighted with the new roof on our conservatory which is done to a high standard. Karl gives a quote and sticks to it,is very reliable and always on time. We have been using Karl since 2011 for various projects therefore we have no hesitation in recommending him and his team."

    "October- leaky conservatory roof totally replaced with an insulated solid roof, including light Wells and dimmer spot lights. December - bifold doors fitted from lounge to conservatory. On both occasions Karl and his team did a great job, very efficient and friendly. Very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend"

    "Karl and his team replaced an old asbestos roof with timber and felt and converted a portion of our garage into a hobby space, by fully insulating and plastering. They were punctual, tidy and hard workers. Karl kept us informed of the plan for work and what different trades would be present and on what days. So there were no surprises. He also replaced the window and door. I definitely recommend and will ask back to replace any doors or windows or if we ever move and need a garage converting."
