Our family-run building services company, Top One Decorating Services was established in 1998. Since then, we have been helping customers in South West London and the surrounding area by providing professional, trustworthy work giving a facelift to tired properties.
We specialise in Exterior decoration and total facelifts but any job we take on is done to an exceptional standard.
We pride ourselves in providing a professional, caring and high-quality service, always meeting and often exceeding our customers’ needs. We are fully insured and deliver on timekeeping, quality of work and value, completing each job to a high standard.

"Exceptional From Start to Finish What impressed me most about Mori wasn’t just the quality of the work, but the care and thought he put into every stage of the project. Exterior and interior decorating can often be rushed or treated as just another job, but Mori approached it as if he were working on his own property. He took the time to explain what needed doing, pointed out issues that could cause problems in the future, and never cut corners. The transformation was remarkable. The exterior now looks fresh, well-maintained, and has completely enhanced the appearance of the property. the finish speaks for itself. Throughout the project, Mori was dependable, respectful, and hardworking. He arrived when he said he would, kept everything organised, and showed genuine pride in delivering a high-quality result. If you're looking for someone who values quality, honesty, and craftsmanship, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. A true professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Mori."

"I would definitely recommend Top One Decorating services to anyone looking for a decorator in London. Mori did a great job on our flat and paid close attention to detail which is clearly evident in the results. He was always on time and left our flat very clean and tidy after working."

"An exceptional experience from start to finish with Top One Decorating. The standard of workmanship, both internally and externally, was truly outstanding. There is a clear attention to detail and level of care that you don’t often come across, everything was executed to a very high finish. They were consistently punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful of the property. What impressed me most was how immaculately clean and well-managed the site was throughout, everything was kept organised, tidy, and left spotless at the end of each day. The pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of work delivered. Having worked with many contractors, I can confidently say this level of service is rare. A genuinely pleasant team to deal with, courteous, reliable, and clearly committed to excellence. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Top One Decorating and will absolutely be using them again for future projects."

"We are absolutely delighted with all the work Mori completed, both in our garden—paving, wall repairs, and shed removal—and inside the house with the redecoration.
