"The water boiler pump in my flat died recently, so I was forced to shower using buckets of water! Steve from TLS Plumbing has helped me before, so I thought I'd give him a try again and I wasn't disappointed. He was quick to arrange an appointment with me, and a couple of days later he came round and fixed the pump. The pump/water cylinder in my flat has always given me some issues, and he assessed that installing a new cylinder with better piping that was up to regulation standards would fix my issues. After some quotes, we went ahead with it and booked another appointment. New cylinder installed today by Steve, and I couldn't be more chuffed: the pump's quieter, the shower now turns on without needing to turn the bathtap on first, all hot taps work with no issues and the water pressure seems to be less aggressive. I can always trust Steve to do a top job. I commend his determination in seeing a job to the end and making sure we're happy with the end result!"

"Work completed to fix a broken toilet flush button and service a boiler. The appointments were confirmed and kept with good communications. Steve is very friendly and professional. He kept me informed as to what work was needed and the new parts required including the cost of the labour and parts. There was not any unexpected additions to the final bill. The work was done to a very good standard along with advice on how to best maintain the boiler in the future. The repair of the toilet flush which required new parts was done in good time with the parts sourced promptly. A very happy customer. Thanks."
