"I cannot recommend Stev highly enough as he is a very friendly and helpful chap. I first found Steve when I had a chronic issue with my bolier back in February. he quoted a fixed price to assess the issue and turned up when he said he would. He stripped the key parts out of the boiler to assess the damage but was unable to repair it. He then advised me to speak direct to Baxi about setting up insurance with them so I would not have to pay a big up front sum. He waited around until Baxi replied and explained to them what the issue was and what he had done to date. This must have taken over two hours but he still charged me just the call out fee. Yesterday my boiler packed up and I contacted Baxi who cannot make it until Wednesday. I phone Steve and he walked me through a range of diagnostics but we were unable to find anything obvious. He never charged for this and was pleasant and helpful throughout."
