"Steve is the best find ever! He looked after our old boiler over the years - annual service visits and maintenance when it played up. He has just installed a new one, explained everything to me before works began so no hidden surprises or charges. System flushed, new water tank and boiler installed and he and even visited on a bank holiday to get works completed. Always great service, polite, patient and punctual. Recommended Steve to various family members and they're all very happy with work and service. Steve is a real gem and I've no hesitation in recommending him."
