"Tony has worked some magic in transforming what was for us, a tired rundown shell of a house into a bright welcoming home. Every trades man that has come to do other work on the house have been very complimentary of Tony's work and i totally agree he has done a first class job! This was a big job every ceiling, wall, door, all wood work in our house had to be prepared and painted. We had a couple of awkward shaped walls to contend with, some rough texturing that needed to go....couldn't fault Tony's attitude and honesty when it came to tackling those. He is totally reliable, always on time, a very neat tidy worker and i found him to be a very genuine lovely person, who provides great quality work at an affordable cost!"

"Cannot recommend Tony highly enough, excellent from start to finish. Replied promptly, came to quote, delivered the quote, booked in and started (and finished) the work all when he said he would. Good communication, his work is of a really high standard, he was tidy, professional, and hard working. He’s also a really nice person - thanks Tony! Would use you again without hesitation."

"This is the 3rd time we have asked Tony to do the decorating in our home, he is very hard working, prompt and above all extremely clean and tidy, the decorating is done to a high standard, and done in a good time frame, I have no hesitation in recommending T K Maintenance. and the work was very reasonably priced."
