"Terry responded well to my enquiry when I explained what I needed and he kindly made an appointment within the week to carry out the work. He arrived on time to install a replacement fire. He was cheerful and efficient. He made sure everything worked before he left and was very respectful polite and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend."
