"Amazing service from Thermoflow today, with special mention to Fran. He pretty much spent the entire day at our home fixing multiple issues that arose!! Ranging from a water leak to an issue with our gas meter box!! He even stuck around whilst my husband was on an urgent work call so that he could liaise with another engineer on our behalf, about the issue with our gas meter box. He could have called it a day once it was clear that the issue needed to be resolved with our gas supplier, but he stuck around to make sure that we weren't left in the lurch when our gas was turned off and that an engineer was on the way to resolve the issue! Friendly 5* service and an example of someone going above and beyond to help a customer. Thank you so much!!"

"Needed our oil boiler replaced urgently due to breakdown. Thermo-Flow came to have a look that same day (Friday). Quote through that afternoon - very competitive and very clear with a breakdown of all costs. Particularly impressed that optional parts/items where clearly shown separately which made the quote very honest and transparent. Went ahead with the quote and work started on the Monday. Very professional (as were his apprentices), very tidy, explained what he was doing throughout and the work a very high standard. We could smell oil at the weekend after work complete and text Daniel (a Saturday) asking if he could pop over on the Monday. He was in the area and so popped to us about an hour later (this was residue oil from the breakdown which has seeped up through our floor which was completely ruined by the breakdown). Great service especially as it was a weekend and his day off! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future for any other work."

"Thermo-Flow initially came to my property when I lost heating on my old boiler in mid winter. They were fast, polite, courteous and got the old boiler going. This involved having to source and travel out of town to collect a part for the boiler that wasn’t standard/off the shelf due to age. I then asked several local firms to price up replacing the boiler. They were the most attentive and the best priced. They were clear about the process, turned up on time and got the job done in a day, with the engineer staying on late to ensure the job was done and that I understood the new controls. I can’t recommend Thermo-Flow highly enough."
