"A full professional service was received from this company from the first conceltation to the clearing of the site. We had work undertaken on our flat lounge floor to reduce the noise level to the flats below. Their team worked quickly removing the material being replaced safely and with little mess. The communication was excellent every step during the process providing us with detailed information on what was being done and why along with information of the materials being used that was matched to the original specification that we were given. The team were friendly and polite at all times. The work was completed to the highest standard and we are very pleased with the results. After sales service on a minor issue was outstanding and resolved within two days. If required would use this company again without hesitation. Money well spent. Thank you so much. "The genius of Thermacoustic strikes again! This is the second time I've had Gordon and his team in to soundproof a living room ceiling who did an amazing job the first time round. Having lived with noisy neighbours from a poorly converted flat with absolutely zero insulation between floors in a different room I decided to go ahead again Tomaz and Kasper met and exceeded all expectations, were punctual and incredibly hard working throughout the build keeping me informed every step of the way. The room is now warm and crucially quiet! If you struggled like me with noise and are considering soundproofing this is the place to go - Zero regrets and one very peacefully happy customer!"

"Thermacoustic has completed two jobs for us this year - soundproofing our two upstairs bedrooms and then our lounge and office area. We were very impressed with their professionalism, the speed and quality of their work, and end result. Having recently moved into our home and experienced a lot of noise from the neighbours, the work Thermacoustic has done has resolved our problems. There's been a huge reduction in noise to the point we can now use our lounge without having to hear noise through the party walls, and we can sleep soundly. Tomasz and Kasper were friendly and polite, and honestly we hardly knew they were hear. They protected all of our furniture and belongings while completing the work, and left the rooms spotless after. We would 100% use them again in the future. This was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend them."
