    "First time I’ve used them. I spoke to Lorraine She was brilliant sorted out an appointment with my tenant, liased directly with both of us keeping us updated. Job was done perfectly no fuss no drama. Price was better than I had expected. I have them saved in mg phone And would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The job they did for me was to replace a window winding gearbox and 2 broken handles. They had everything on the van to complete the job. If only Electricians were this good my life would be stress free 🤣"

    "These guys pulled out all the stops to help us out of a tricky situation. A cowboy Eastern European company had quoted us £70 to replace a lock cylinder that had broken, but when they turned up and took the cylinder out, they then said it would be £190. After an argument on my doorstep, they left without any money, but also without a hole in my front door where the lock used to be. My house was therefore insecure. I called UK Window Medics who said they could attend the next day and it would be £80 in total. I explained the situation and they rearranged one of their team’s schedules to get them to us within 90 minutes. They fixed everything and the total cost was exactly what they quoted on the phone. Everyone we dealt with at this company was friendly, empathetic and lovely. It literally doesn’t make sense to use anyone else."
