We provide renewable energy solutions in Hampshire, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, and London for both residential and commercial properties. At The Solar & Renewables Co. Ltd our aims are to help both residential and commercial customers towards a sustainable alternative to gas and electricity with the use of renewable energy, whether that be done from the use of Solar PV or Air Source Heat Pumps.
Solar and other forms of green energy are the future of energy production in the U.K. We wanted to create a customer experience that did justice to the benefits of Solar and its accompanying parts.
Our unique background means we have been able to redefine the customer experience completely. From our interactive calculator to the rigorous post-installation checklist - our customers know that not only are they getting the right system for them, but the workmanship is of the highest standard.

"We recently had a solar and battery storage system installed by The Solar Co and the entire experience from initial consultation to commissioning was exceptional. The team handled all the admin seamlessly, taking care of the grid approvals and delivering all the final sign-off documents without any hassle. On-site, the installation team was professional, tidy, and took great care to ensure all cabling and equipment were fitted neatly. Since the system went live, the app integration has been fantastic—I’m particularly enjoying reviewing all the live data on the app, which shows me all the money I’m saving in real-time! It's great to find an installer that combines strong technical expertise, high-quality workmanship, and seamless end-to-end customer service. Highly recommended!"

"The Solar Co were the only company to offer an initial on-site consultation, taking the time to assess my property, roof, surrounding buildings, and large trees. They carried out a detailed survey, which gave me confidence that everything was being thoroughly evaluated. I received a clear recommendation and quotation within 24 hours, and every question or query I had was answered promptly. A final survey was also completed before installation, ensuring everything was ready. The installation of my 21-panel solar system was seamless, completed quickly, and carried out to a very high professional standard. Every member of the team was polite, courteous, and respectful of my property, leaving everything clean and tidy when the job was finished. Before leaving we were given and overview and confirmed we were happy with the work. Thank you to George and Mark for their excellent service throughout the process. I would highly recommend The Solar Co to anyone considering solar panels."

"Both George and Mark were extremely patient from start to finish (and continue to be with additional questions I ask!) and are able to explain things in a simple manner. From the initial survey to the installation the process was smooth and steps in the process explained clearly. It was clear on installation day that George and Mark have pulled together a very good team that work to high standards and we are very happy with the quality of service and work they provided. The install did include a bit of a curve ball but solutions were discussed quickly and you would not know there were any issues. Highly recommended!"

Chris Harris - Image 1 "Top quality people, installation and equipment - highly recommended. Ours is an installation on a flat roof at the rear of a loft conversion, in a conversation area in Ken & Chelsea. This means there are restrictions on what can be done, but Mark and Geoege were very familiar with the rules and confident in recommending what was allowed. They made good suggestions and dealt well with my (many) questions patiently and swiftly, before we settled on an optimum plan. This even made use of some scaffolding that was on the next building, making the whole installation as cost-effective as possible. We went from enquiry to plan to installation in 4 weeks Installation was also very efficient. The team was onsite at 0730 and had finished the whole job - panels, inverter, battery, Uninterruptable Power Supply and car charger - by 1500hrs, when the system started working. They worked hard, were unfailingly polite, took off shoes indoors, and tidied up well."
