"I can’t recommend The Drain People (Midland) enough. We were dealing with a stubborn, backed-up drain and feared the worse. The booking staff “Jemma” was amazing who was very sympathetic to our situation and Jon the Engineer arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and got straight to work. Not only was the blockage cleared completely but they also took extra care to leave the area spotless. It’s hard to find honest, reliable tradespeople these days but these guys are the real deal. Fair pricing and excellent customer service!"

Jon arrived on time, quickly identified the drain issues, and explained clearly what needed to be done before starting the work. "Impressed! We have had issues with our drains on and off for two years, after numerous failed visits from our insurance we decided to go private and it was the right decision! Paul arrived and cleared the blockage and also carried out a CCTV inspection which identified tree roots that required removal they were removed and repairs untaken to prevent future issues all within 1 week! We also got a report that gave us peace of mind that all drainage was now in good order! We will certainly recommend to others as they got to the “root” of the problem in no time."
