"Came the day after my initial call to diagnose the boiler leak and price the part and labour required to fix it. Russel contacted me promptly and made sure I was aware when he had to change our original suggested repair time. He arrived promptly and had my boiler fixed in record time. Throughout, Russell was courteous, tidy and thorough. The costs were transparent and well within my expectations to retain an experienced boiler technician for the job. I do not hesitate to recommend Russell to anyone needing boiler repair; they will be satisfied with his service, I am certain."

"As a tradesman myself I felt very comfortable and confident that Russel knew his stuff. After the boiler man swiftly contacted me we had a brief conversation over the phone which lead to a meeting in person to discuss the options to replace my boiler. He came up with a good solution which worked well for us all. Jobs was complete within a week of first contact and all certification meet. All in all a nice guy and very committed to his job and his quality of work."
