    "Sean was doing a job for my mate so I asked if he would give me a quote to replace my loo and install a small sink. I did not want the waste pipe being drilled through my wall. He came up with a brilliant solution of having a hidden cistern toilet and a corner sink unit where the waste goes into the existing waste for the toilet. He replied really fast with a price which was fine. Gave a start date which was almost immediate. He kept me up to date with what was happening and when. Let me know when he was on his way to me and showed up exactly when he said he would - thats a first in my experience of contractors! We had a problem with the delivery of the new loo which meant he could not install it but came as soon as it arrived. Sean did a really great, nice neat job in a super fast time. Turned up when he said he would. He did not stop working the whole time he was here. Very clean and tidy work. He is also a really nice guy too. I really would not hesitate to call on him again."
