    "Tom was very clear about the process when first approaching him (clarifying rates before any work commenced), and was able to fit in my work promptly which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was polite and friendly, working efficiently, exhausting all potential solutions before determining final recommended action. He was pro-active to clean up the small amount of dust created, tested the outcome of his work and made sure I was happy with it before departing. I would strongly recommend the very professional and skilled service I received from Tom following the plumbing problem he solved for my house."
