"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently used Taylor Made Roofers Ltd for roofing work on my property and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From the initial quotation through to completion, Patrick and his team were professional, punctual, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The workmanship was completed to a very high standard, the site was kept clean and tidy, and all work was finished within the agreed timescale. The team were polite, hardworking, and took the time to explain exactly what was being done. It’s refreshing to find a roofing company that is honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work. "Very happy with the service from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly during the initial assessment before providing a quote. The pricing was reasonable and fair, and his knowledge and expertise were clear throughout. We appreciated his honest, realistic advice and would happily recommend him to others."

"We were very disappointed with the standard of workmanship and conduct during the work carried out on our property. On several occasions, we observed workers behaving in a way we considered inappropriate around our home. Despite raising concerns about heavy materials being dropped onto the roof, damage later occurred to the ceiling. We also had to spend several hours cleaning up debris left behind after the work. The lead flashing installed was, in our opinion, of a very poor standard and not what we would expect from a professional service. The work has been left in a condition we are unhappy with. It has now been approximately two months since the job was completed, and a number of issues and snags remain unresolved despite being raised. Rectification has not taken place to date. We also experienced issues with gutters being left filled with debris, despite requests for them to be kept clear, and there was visible damage to bricks during the course of the work. Overall, we feel a lack of care was shown toward our property, especially given the amount paid for the work. Based on our experience, we would not choose to use this company again and would not recommend."
Trader reply: "The vast majority of the works carried out on the property were completed satisfactorily, and the only outstanding issue relates to one section of leadwork which the customer was unhappy with. I am currently in direct discussions with the customer to resolve this matter and have offered to return and address the concern so it can be put right. It is very important to me that any genuine issues are rectified and that the customer is left satisfied with the final outcome. Customer care and workmanship are priorities for my business, and I always aim to resolve any concerns raised. Kind regards Taylor Made Roofers Ltd"
