At Taylor Joinery provide carpentry and joinery services to customers in Halifax and the surrounding area and have over 15 years’ experience in the industry. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.
We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their particular needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

"Dave and his apprentice worked together exceptionally well. They always arrived on time, kept us updated throughout and ensured all areas were cleaned and tidied at the end of their working day. Dave is totally passionate about his workman ship and hopefully his apprentice will continue to learn from him thus ensuring he also gains a valuable trade. We would definitely recommend Dave to anyone requiring any such work carrying out. Also I did ask a small favour from them which included carrying upstairs a wardrobe that we definitely couldn't have done without their help."

Andy - Image 1 "We needed a new bespoke TV shelf to fit on top of our stone brick fire surround. We had many quotes from other joiners to do this work, but they didn't return our calls - we assumed because they didn't want to do the work. David took on the work seeing it through to the end and did an excellent job. We provided David with the melamine-faced chip board from an old desk top which he cut to shape and edged it to give it a professional finish. We are extremely pleased with the quality of David's work and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended."
