"Grant, Richard, Dave and Luke are a dream-team who did a fantastic job renovating the exterior of my Victorian house, which had suffered badly from some very ill-advised 'home improvements' over the years. The worst of these was the cement render that had been carelessly slapped onto some of the external brick walls. This was suffocating the house and causing problems with damp and condensation. Grant and his team removed the render, repaired the original brickwork and re-pointed it with lime mortar, and it now not only looks great, but has also sorted out the damp. They also installed a French drain where the dpc had been bridged by some paving, did the external decorating and various other smaller jobs, all of which were carried out to an exemplary standard. Grant really understands how period buildings work and what needs to be done to restore them to their former glory. He and his team were an absolute pleasure to have around."

"We had Grant and his team in to clean, repair, and repoint the front of a Victorian terraced house. They also rebuilt a brick arch over a window that a previous owner that tried to fix with wood. Very pleased with the work - it was done to an excellent standard and the house looks so much better than it did a few weeks prior. Pricing competitive too! We appreciated Grant's willingness to work with our damp survey recommendations, and his suggestions on how to keep the brick in good condition going forward."
